Tim, didn't see your post earlier, as it was embedded in mine.
I have a PhlatPRinter\\\. GREAT Machine for the $$ invested. A learning tool in addition to being a great CNC machine with OUTSTANDING support.
My current work flow is design in AutoCAD or Sketchup. If AutoCAD, then import into Sketchup. Once in Sketchup there is a plugin that creates the necessary G-Code from the drawing. I use Mach3 to drive the machine. I limit cuts to about 150ipm for foam, and 55 ipm for wood. Transverse is set for 300 (fast enough)
In addition to the G-Code plugin, I also use a dog boning plugin. Not really needed with a 1/16" bit, and foam, but it is great for wood.

We will extend the beta through the end of May.
We do not currently provide an export facility in the MyRcDesign Standard. We may provide a MyRcDesign Pro with that feature. BTW, what kind of CNC machine do you have and what kind of CAM software do you use?
